TIPS
TO LOSING WEIGHT
- A glass in the morning
- A glass before &
after meal or in between meal
2. Eat slowly
3. Avoid anxiety & worry at meal times
4. Try as much as you can, not to do any activity while eating
e.g. reading, watching TV, driving
etc.
5. Always carry snacks everywhere you go. Fruit are ideal
such as oranges,
banana, tangerine, garden egg, carrots etc.
6. Eat more veggies as the clock ticks i.e. eat more
vegetable and less starch
from past 4 p.m downward
7. Eat junk food (salad, burger, pizza etc) once in a weak
before 3pm and drink
lots of water.
